do a gorgeuse PORCHETTA
This little
firm was born over ten years ago, with a great unique ambition:
"to work meats in the best way".
It is situated among the Montefeltro hills in Urbino territory,
a geographic area rich in characteristic arboreal species
(turkey oak, maple, oak, beech) and a land with a long mountain
tradition, rooted in pigs-breeding, that for centuries has
represented the basis for the peasants' diet,
From the combination between the ancient
artisan knowledge and the most modern production processes,
some unique products have risen, which can be defined masterpieces
of taste: porchetta (roast sucking pigs), leg, turkey, loin,
sausages, salami, cheeks, bacon, and others, which have
given rise to
the "SAPORI DEL MONTEFELTRO".
Products rich in perfumes, with a persistent
taste, with flavour variations, starting from the intense
and fragrant to the sweet and harmonious.
So, in a few lines we have presented
our little company, synthesis of simple and genuine products
but of excellent gastronomy, to all those who want to share
with us the high quality.
