Euro Food is a food industry
which has been present on the market for over 10 years with
traditional gastronomic products, such as roast sucking pigs,
salami and cold meats.
A general reconstruction and
modernisation of the plant, equipment, production organization,
distribution, sales and administrative systems, have recently
been implemented.
During this reconstruction, great care was taken in preserving
the criteria and methods of artisan production, integrating
these with the most modern production techniques, thus maintaining
the culinary tradition that is so typical of Marche.
The premises cover an area of
about 1.500 square metres, all under cover. The extensions
guarantee a production continuity, both in terms of quality
and quantity for all products.
Roast sucking pig is the main
product distributed to numerous sales points such as delicatessen,
shopping centres and supermarkets. We firmly believe that
this product has allowed us to become the reading company
in this field, in terms of the price/quality ratio.
A careful selection of prime
raw products from the best national breeders, the manual
boning, the cooking in steam-free ovens on rotating skewers,
all enable us to obtain a product, keeping modern nutritional
requirements with a low-fat content but at the same time
appearing tasty and well-presented.
The differences are due to the
initial preparation in which the meat is flavoured in different
ways; the result is a finished product with specific characteristics.
Furthermore we also produce tasty oven-roasted pork legs,
delicious stuffed turkey as well as frankfurters, fresh
sausages, seasoned sausages, salami, coppa, loins, bacon
and cured cold meats.

organize the Sale of traditional products, that are typical
of the Region of Marche.
