OVEN-ROASTED PORK LEG

Obtained after a manual boning of fresh pig legs, aromatised with natural spices, oven-roasted thanks to a mixed working (electrical, steam). The result achieved (compact and easy to cut) represents the meeting point between fragrances and flavours, which make it tasty and pleasing. Unique in his way, it is entirely to "find out".
